Programmes

Nutritional Advice
- Included with the sessions (based on Canada’s Food Guide)
- Additional eating tips are given in client training booklet
- Referrals to a certified sports dietitian are provided to people with specific dietary needs
Fitness Assessments
Silver- 30 minutes
- Includes body composition and measurements, flexibility testing, and core strength and endurance testing
GOLD – 45 minutes
- All of the silver testing + added flexibility, strength and aerobic testing

(Done at the University of Guelph)- Find out how many calories you burn at rest and how many total calories you use during the day with exercise
